Our Mission Statement

We offer mediation services to clients wanting to resolve their conflict without having to go to court or go through an expensive law firm.

Meet Karen Berry, J.D.

Karen (aka K-Li) is an experienced attorney specializing in mediation. She moved to Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of three and has lived in various cities across the Oklahoma City metro area since. After graduating Cum Laude with her accounting degree at Oklahoma City University, she attended the OCU School of Law, taking courses at night while working full-time during the day.

During law school, K-Li interned for the Oklahoma County District Attorney. She later began volunteering for the Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution program, where the director later asked her to work part time as a mediator. K-Li mentored and trained volunteer mediators for the Oklahoma Supreme Court for more than 8 years, mediating hundreds of cases for small claims court, divorce, permanency and guardianship cases.

Apart from her extensive professional mediation and legal experience, K-Li has served in leadership roles on a variety of non-profit boards and has continued to support various Oklahoma City area organizations such as Stephen Bonner’s First Choice Recovery for Children and Families treatment court in Norman, Hearts for Hearing, Oklahoma Bar Foundation, and the Oklahoma County Bar Auxiliary. She enjoys judging competitions for the University of Oklahoma when students from many jurisdictions compete annually in client counseling and negotiation.

In 2021, K-Li was selected and featured in the inaugural issue of Hundred Magazine, a publication dedicated to highlighting 100 wildly capable women in Oklahoma City each year.
